Project Manager / Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive project management oversight

• Ensure that all deliveries align with scope, timeline, quality, and budgetary constraints

• Maintain robust financial governance and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria utilizing the Waterfall methodology

• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and allocate resources accordingly

• Establish and manage the project budget, implementing cost control measures

• Assist in requirements gathering and business analysis tasks

• Track progress against scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards

• Ensure that expenses are documented and invoiced in accordance with contractual agreements

• Identify variances and execute corrective actions as needed

• Prepare executive-level reports and project status presentations

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, sponsors, and technical teams

• Oversee the final delivery and financial reconciliation of the project

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in technology or digital projects

• Familiarity with the Waterfall methodology

• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Experience in project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, EAC, and ETC

• Capability to perform Business Analyst tasks when required

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

• Experience in preparing executive reports and presentations

• Proficiency in advanced English
