This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead extensive, cross-departmental initiatives and comprehensive communications campaigns, acting as the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Work alongside project owners to define project requirements, supervise implementation, reporting, and archiving processes.
• Analyze project requests and create project plans that outline priorities, roles, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage the collection of ongoing communications projects, resource distribution, dashboards, stakeholder communications, and issue resolution.
• Oversee relationships with vendors and partners, including contract management, invoicing, and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Initiatives on yearly work plans, standard operating procedures, reporting, budget monitoring, and process enhancements.
• Administer the organization’s Asana platform, including maintenance, user training, support, and upgrades.
• Organize and facilitate stand-ups, kick-off meetings, and reviews; handle stakeholder feedback and approvals.
• Support the creation of project and campaign reports for both internal and external audiences.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, communications, journalism, research, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities within specified timelines.
• Proven ability to offer proactive project support for a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with writers, designers, communications managers, and digital media experts is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, and Airtable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn new tools and software as needed.
• PMP certification and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies are preferred.
• Ability to inspire teams to work collaboratively and resolve conflicts.
• Strong customer service orientation and a solid work ethic.
• Capability to meet the specified physical requirements, including the potential to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Salary estimated to be in the mid $80,000s to high $90,000s based on experience, geographical location, budget, and comparable internal roles.
