Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee and ensure the effective delivery of projects aimed at enhancing customer utilization of Google Cloud services, including Google Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Anthos, and our AI/Machine Learning features.

• You will frequently collaborate with a variety of stakeholder groups, such as executives from large enterprises and a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team at Google, to gather requirements, define project scopes, plan, and execute service offerings that expedite the cloud adoption process.

• Leveraging your relationship management, leadership abilities, and technical expertise, you will guide teams, proactively address risks, resolve challenges, and advance projects while effectively communicating across all organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must Have: Proven experience working with Enterprise Clients.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, engaging with executive stakeholders, and managing or delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or similar initiatives.

• Background in supporting enterprise customers within Cloud Professional Services, similar IT consulting, or program management settings.

• A track record of mentoring or instructing others in process, organization, change, and/or learning improvement methodologies.

• Capability to devise and implement measurement systems to monitor adoption, usage, and proficiency of individual changes.

• Ability to identify resistance and performance gaps, and collaborate on developing and executing corrective measures.

• Collaborate with project teams to embed change management activities into comprehensive project plans.

• Self-motivated and adaptable individual skilled at establishing structure in uncertain environments.

• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving capabilities; a disciplined approach to project management for delivering enterprise-level projects.

• Comfortable participating in video meetings both internally and with clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
