Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery.

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency maps.

• Coordinate multiple ongoing projects or workstreams, managing scope, timelines, and resource limitations.

• Track project advancement, identify risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure readiness for delivery.

• Foster clear ownership, communication, and accountability among cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate planning meetings, stand-ups, and status updates.

• Assist in converting high-level objectives into actionable plans.

• Help maintain consistency across various surfaces and touchpoints.

• Monitor dependencies and transitions between teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in project management or program management.

• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong aptitude for identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies with minimal initial context.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
