Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure.

• Supervise project execution, focusing on scope, timelines, quality, and client outcomes.

• Facilitate the collection of requirements and ensure a mutual understanding of project scope.

• Plan and manage deliverables, milestones, and schedules effectively.

• Support project governance by providing reports, stakeholder updates, and conducting meetings.

• Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

• Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and clients.

• Serve as a liaison between customer stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Assist in aligning business needs with technical implementation.

• Track project performance using established KPIs (e.g., timeline, scope, quality).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or delivery roles within IT, software, or system integration settings.

• Experience contributing to customer-centric projects.

• Familiarity with media, broadcast, or content management systems is advantageous.

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

• Understanding of various project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Ability to comprehend technical systems, integrations, and cloud-based environments.

• Experience in supporting requirements gathering, scope definition, and change management processes.

• Proficient in managing timelines, priorities, and dependencies.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating communication across teams.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

• PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of media workflows or broadcast operations is a plus.
