Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for 3–6+ simultaneous Google Workspace migrations and technical projects.

• Act as the main operational liaison for client stakeholders, IT directors, and executive sponsors.

• Convert technical jargon into straightforward business updates.

• Collaborate with Google Certified Deployment Engineers, Change Management Trainers, and Solution Architects.

• Organize resources, allocate tasks, and monitor deliverables.

• Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and possible bottlenecks.

• Lead formal change control processes to address scope creep and adhere to project timelines.

• Oversee user training and change management strategies to ensure end-user adoption during legacy email/data migrations.

• Guarantee that project deliverables comply with Google Cloud deployment standards, security baselines, and client SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically in delivering cloud migrations, SaaS onboarding, or IT deployment projects within a consulting or Managed Services Provider setting.

• Strong understanding of Google Workspace administration, domain migration paths, and the fundamentals of Google Cloud Platform.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven track record of achieving high client satisfaction scores.

• Skilled in project management tools such as Asana.

• Competent in using Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.

• Preferred: Google Associate Cloud Engineer or Google Workspace Administrator / Deployment Specialist certification.

• Preferred: PMP or CAPM certification.

• Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster or Agile certification.

• Base salary ranging from $60,000–$75,000 annually.
