Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Managing the provision of professional services to clients across various projects

• Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction and effectively manage expectations

• Setting up project timelines and ensuring the timely achievement of key milestones

• Documenting and overseeing project scope (change control)

• Assessing resource requirements, allocating tasks, and coordinating schedules

• Tracking and monitoring critical project dependencies

• Managing project budgets

• Reporting project status both internally and to the client

• Identifying and addressing project risks and issues

• Guiding technical teams to ensure thorough root cause analysis of problems

• Drafting Statements of Work

• Ensuring high quality in delivered services

• Proven experience in leading projects aimed at technology delivery

• Experience in managing teams of subject matter experts

• Customer-focused with a strong business orientation

• Exceptional time management abilities

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Well-versed in the core principles of project management

• Familiarity with project management software such as SmartSheet and Microsoft Project

• Strong communication and business writing capabilities

• Competent in creating presentations and reports using office suite applications

• Excellent presentation skills

• Ability to identify, address, and follow up on issues by leveraging subject matter experts

• Team-oriented with a strong initiative, independent thinking, drive to succeed, high energy, and commitment to work and follow-through

• Willingness to travel (10 to 20 percent)
