This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead designated projects through established project phases, from initiation to commissioning and closeout.
• Ensure readiness at each gate by completing necessary deliverables and obtaining approvals before progressing.
• Create and oversee project execution plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with PMO standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding assigned projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.
• Deliver precise and timely project reporting utilizing standardized PMO tools.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance tasks as necessary.
• Foster a robust culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Manage daily activities of subcontractors and trade partners on the project site.
• Ensure that fieldwork is consistent with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Support scheduling, material planning, and tracking installation progress.
• Aid in commissioning readiness and system turnover tasks.
• Advocate for and enforce safety policies and safe working practices on site.
• Serve as a vital contact for customers, general contractors, and trade partners.
• Clearly and proactively communicate project updates, schedules, and milestones.
• Establish strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Keep accurate project documentation and communication records.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical field.
• Over 5 years of experience managing complex industrial or systems integration projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and project documentation on active job sites.
• Background in automation, control systems integration, or mission-critical infrastructure environments is advantageous.
• PMP certification or progress toward certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in coordinating construction-site activities or executing technical projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic project environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and project scheduling software such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Ability to work independently while fostering strong collaboration with remote teams and leadership.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and their impact on safety and system performance.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the position is located is required.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
