Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee AHV EPC Projects

• Provide direct management of all contractual and financial responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver all financial budgeting, billing, tracking, and reporting

• Create, update, and report on critical path project timelines

• Facilitate project meetings to monitor and update project progress

• Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Procurement, and Engineering teams

• Actively manage Engineering and vendor drawings

• Maintain ongoing communication with subcontractors and vendors

• Supervise and resolve any issues related to projects and vendors/subcontractors

• Coordinate daily activities with Site Managers

• Engage in negotiations with vendors, sales representatives, and subcontractors

• Manage AHV’s relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree is required

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred

• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in Construction Project Management

• Willingness to travel to construction project sites

• Some prior knowledge of contracts and negotiation experience
