📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive management of B2B customer deployments

• Monitor timelines, backlogs, and service level agreements (SLAs)

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams

• Organize scheduling and the execution of projects

• Address and resolve any blockers and obstacles

• Supervise third-party vendors to ensure the quality of their deliverables

• Manage multiple projects concurrently
