This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop, revise, and sustain project-level financial models in Excel for both prospective and ongoing development opportunities.
• Conduct return simulations and sensitivity analyses (IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback) under various assumptions regarding pricing, incentives, financing, and production.
• Assist in the sales and origination process by creating pro formas, pricing scenarios, and deal summaries for internal evaluations and client-facing documentation.
• Manage deal file organization—systematize, name, version, and preserve project documentation, contracts, and supporting data in a reliable, auditable format.
• Prepare inputs and materials for investment and partner decision-making meetings.
• Oversee a portfolio of operational assets, monitoring production, availability, and financial performance against underwritten expectations.
• Generate regular operational and financial reports (monthly/quarterly) for internal stakeholders, partners, and investors.
• Maintain support criteria—compliance checklists, warranty and O&M documents, reporting schedules, and key performance indicators.
• Identify performance discrepancies and aid in root-cause analysis and corrective measures alongside the operations team.
• Incorporate real operational results back into the modeling assumptions utilized for future transactions.
• Act as a data and reporting resource throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between underwritten and actual figures.
• Continuously enhance model templates, file organization, and reporting workflows.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis requests from the Managing Partner and deal team.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, sales operations, or asset management—preferably within the energy, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling skills (this is the primary competency of the role): adept at building models from the ground up, structuring cash flows, and performing scenario/sensitivity analyses.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics: IRR, NPV, DSCR, cash-on-cash, and payback.
• Meticulous in file and data management practices; disciplined in version control and documentation.
• Experience with clean energy, renewables, or power project development.
• Familiarity with tax incentives, PPAs, and project financing frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective remote collaboration with a U.S.-based team.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
