Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous Salesforce projects from initiation through quality assurance, user acceptance testing, launch, and project closure.

• Track expenditure rates, monitor remaining hours, and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans within Certinia.

• Act as the primary daily client liaison, setting expectations regarding project milestones, priorities, and delivery results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional technical delivery teams and Resource Management to align staffing, address dependencies, and enhance capacity.

• Identify challenges in project delivery, negotiate adjustments to project scope, and ensure that documentation and governance artifacts comply with quality assurance standards.

• Assume responsibility for assigned projects, establish precise forecasting, achieve billable utilization goals, and deliver projects within the agreed timeline and budget.

• Contribute to the enhancement of delivery processes and project management operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in project management within professional services or technology consulting.

• 2+ years of experience leading Salesforce or technology delivery projects.

• Practical experience in managing project budgets, forecasting, expenditure rates, and resource planning.

• Familiarity with Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA or a comparable platform.

• Proficiency in managing Support Blocks, Retainers, Time & Materials, and Fixed-Fee contract models.

• Experience in proactively addressing changes in scope and managing risks.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce delivery environments.

• At least one Salesforce certification is highly desirable.

• Ability to serve as the primary client contact and navigate complex or difficult conversations while managing expectations.

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is advantageous.
