This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and conclusion of projects that align with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee product development plans, which encompass activity planning, budget management, scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain project management tools, such as SmartSheet, ensuring precise schedules, risk evaluations, RAID logs, and dashboards are up to date.
• Act as the primary internal project contact, facilitating updates, documenting decisions, following up, and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, including mitigation strategies, change requests, and schedule impacts.
• Develop, sustain, and report on project schedule information while supporting corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor budgets, accruals, purchase orders, statements of work, invoices, vendor deliverables, and partner commitments.
• Manage cross-functional reporting relationships and ensure traceability of project data.
• Work alongside department leadership to achieve KPIs and lead intricate programs that align with organizational objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or life sciences discipline.
• At least 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector, including involvement in preclinical and clinical development phases (Phase 1–3).
• Entry-level project management experience with several small projects or one intricate project.
• Proficiency in at least one function related to pharmaceutical drug development: clinical operations, manufacturing development, regulatory affairs, or non-clinical development.
• Experience working within a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with maintaining project management software solutions and tools.
• A minimum of 2+ years in project and financial management.
• Preference for candidates with SmartSheet experience.
