This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take responsibility for the complete life cycle of successful customer projects, from Sales to Customer Support/Customer Success.
• Collaborate with and guide Technosylva team members in creating project plans and timelines.
• Identify project tasks and manage the completion of deliverables and outcomes.
• Coordinate timelines and milestone deliverables with Technosylva technical teams and clients.
• Assist Technosylva senior leadership and project leads in maintaining project schedules and communicating the status of project milestones, upcoming deliverables, dependencies, as well as risks and issues with leadership, project leads, and clients.
• Organize and plan projects and tasks using company-approved software, including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Notion, and Jira.
• Identify conflicts related to projects, deliverables, and software releases across various projects and clients.
• Actively pursue opportunities to implement enhancements in the project management process and deployment pipeline.
• Evaluate project performance utilizing project management best practices and methodologies.
• Work closely with clients to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership by inspiring team members to achieve project goals and adhere to their responsibilities and milestones.
• Collaborate with Technosylva senior management and product leads to identify project opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Assist Technosylva senior management in strategic planning.
• Experience in project management within a SaaS company.
• Background in wildland fire, forestry, electric utilities, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Smartsheets, Notion, and Jira (or equivalent).
• Proficient in using the MS Office Suite and Google Apps.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Proven success in remote work, effectively managing multiple complex projects simultaneously within budget and on time.
• Highly organized, self-driven, positive, creative, resourceful, and accountable.
• Strong leadership, management, and collaborative skills.
• Preferred: Experience with managing or using the Agile development process.
• Preferred: Formal training in project management.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or natural science.
• Preferred: Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is considered an asset.
