This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee program implementation, customer interaction, and strategic growth initiatives for a federal government client.
• Foster reliable relationships with federal program executives, contracting staff, technical teams, business stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Convert customer needs into actionable project plans, milestones, designated responsibilities, and quantifiable results.
• Manage daily program activities, including meetings, action item tracking, decision documentation, risk assessment, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Facilitate collaboration among technical experts, business analysts, project leaders, and partner organizations.
• Track schedules, staffing, deliverables, interdependencies, and performance in relation to contract obligations.
• Create program reports, executive presentations, briefings, and other communications intended for customers.
• Proactively identify delivery challenges, coordinate corrective measures, and escalate matters that require government or corporate leadership intervention.
• Collect stakeholder input and assist technical teams in converting business needs into effective, adoptable solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for data engineering, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and process improvement across additional customer programs.
• Collaborate with company leadership on growth planning.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information technology, public administration, or a related discipline.
• Eight or more years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, project coordination, or customer service delivery.
• Proven success in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent written communication, executive presentation, meeting management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in managing schedules, risks, staffing, tasks, performance metrics, and deliverables.
• Capability to coordinate data, software, automation, or AI projects across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good judgment in addressing sensitive matters, competing priorities, and incomplete information.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote customer environment.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain federal suitability and necessary government system access.
• Experience working with a federal civilian agency or as a federal contractor.
• Knowledge of federal contracting, task-order management, and government reporting standards.
• Background in supporting data analytics, software development, automation, AI, or digital modernization projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, business analysis, process improvement, or change management.
• Project Management Professional, Scrum, or similar certification is preferred.
• Existing federal suitability or PIV credential is preferred.
