Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective execution of intricate technology projects within the energy sector.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle.

• Ensure the timely delivery of projects while adhering to budgetary constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Propel strategic technological advancements across a diverse and evolving IT landscape.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Coordinate various workstreams.

• Administer project scope, budget, risks, resources, governance, project controls, and delivery outcomes.

• Plan and manage applications and infrastructure projects in complex business settings undergoing transformation, integration, or M&A activities.

• Utilize reporting tools to track project activities and evaluate project performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in planning and managing multiple projects in an IT infrastructure or application setting.

• Background in the oil and gas sector.

• Fundamental understanding of Project Online.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to articulate and clarify project goals and objectives to teams and stakeholders.

• Solid business acumen, including industry and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units.

• Awareness of industry trends and innovations and their application in fostering digital business.

• Strong project planning and execution capabilities.

• Ability to develop projects and complete them within financial and resource limits.

• Proven experience using reporting tools to monitor project activities and evaluate project performance.

• In-depth knowledge of project management principles, including Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

• Certification in a project delivery methodology or framework, such as PMI standards, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or MSP.

• Experience with other project delivery methodologies or frameworks.
