Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes while adhering to scope, timelines, quality, and budgetary constraints.

• Take ownership of the entire customer implementation process from post-sale kickoff to final delivery and transfer to Support.

• Lead project planning and execution efforts, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), critical paths, and key milestones utilizing industry-standard tools.

• Ensure that all deliveries conform to the Vocera Solutions Deployment Methodology.

• Identify, manage, address, and escalate project risks as necessary.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings, document minutes, and oversee action item management.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and synthesize their input to refine project scope and inform decision-making.

• Archive project deliverables and documentation while fulfilling project review and audit requirements.

• Conduct project close-out activities, transition processes to Sales and Support, and share lessons learned and feedback after delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience along with 4+ years of professional work experience.

• PMP certification is highly desirable.

• Previous project management experience in a professional services setting is preferred, especially within the healthcare or software sectors.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% across North America.

• Strong skills in project planning and execution, specifically in WBS, critical path, and milestone management.

• Experience in project risk management, stakeholder engagement, project communications, and close-out processes.

• Capability to prioritize and execute tasks while managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and the ability to manage conflicts under pressure.
