Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, quality assurance, analytics, and client stakeholders for impactful A/B testing.

• Lead cross-functional teams comprising 5–10 members.

• Ensure the seamless progression of tests from conception through building, launching, and analysis phases.

• Proactively identify potential risks and eliminate obstacles.

• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the testing strategy and underlying rationale.

• Establish expectations and facilitate weekly client meetings to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.

• Foster clarity, positivity, and momentum, while keeping teams engaged and driven.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• No previous experience in A/B testing is necessary.

• Formal project management experience is not required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Capability to plan in advance, prioritize tasks, and execute assignments effectively.

• Proactive, clear, and frequent communication with clients and team members.

• Aptitude for identifying risks early and seeking assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with a passion for technology and design.

• Ability to comprehend the reasons behind successes and failures.

• Skill in recognizing patterns and formulating insightful questions.
