Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute comprehensive B2B implementation projects for enterprise clients.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and budget constraints.

• Establish project scopes, timelines, milestones, resource distribution, and risk management strategies.

• Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, consortia, and public institutions.

• Collaborate with strategic partners, consulting firms, and system integrators.

• Work closely with product and technology teams to convert customer requirements into actionable specifications.

• Align product development with market demands.

• Keep abreast of advancements in digital identity, self-sovereign identity (SSI), and EU regulatory frameworks like eIDAS 2.0 and the EU Business Wallet.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in contemporary project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate, technical B2B software integrations and enterprise client relationships.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise SaaS, API integration, digital identity, Web3, or similar cloud technologies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with digital identity frameworks and standards such as eIDAS and European Digital Identity is highly advantageous.

• High levels of self-motivation, organizational skills, and operational excellence.

• Positive attitude in an agile, international, and fast-paced team setting.

• Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset.

• Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in German and/or English.

• Knowledge of any additional EU language is a plus.

• Based in Germany is considered a strong advantage.
