Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Transform ambiguous or incomplete business requests into well-defined requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and delivery plans.

• Take ownership of backlog refinement and prioritize based on business value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and engineering effort.

• Organize and manage sprints and releases while handling scope, blockers, risks, dependencies, and evolving requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, address product and technical trade-offs, make informed decisions, and keep essential changes documented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive software Project Management experience complemented by practical Product Management or Business Analysis skills.

• Proven experience in requirements discovery, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, sprints, dependencies, and releases.

• Capability to convert vague business concepts into clear requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and actionable plans.

• Proficient in Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar tools.

• Comfortable engaging directly with CTOs and engineers, discussing technical limitations, challenging assumptions, and making product decisions in a rapidly evolving early-stage environment.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Fluent in Russian; fluency required as part of the application process.

• Consistent employment history, typically 2–3+ years at each company, or credible justifications for shorter tenures.

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, B2B SaaS, financial operations, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
