Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee detailed, cross-functional project plans that establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines to guarantee successful execution from start to finish.

• Manage multiple simultaneous technology projects, monitoring milestones, handling change requests, coordinating project activities, and ensuring deliverables align with organizational priorities, commitments, and technology standards.

• Perform project evaluations, document lessons learned, implement follow-up actions, and encourage adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.

• Guide project teams through intricate and evolving initiatives by creating structure, promoting collaboration, building consensus, and offering clear direction in uncertain situations.

• Lead project meetings, communicate status updates, risks, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, while effectively engaging cross-functional teams and senior leadership to sustain project momentum.

• Enhance team success by onboarding and mentoring project managers, holding project resources and leadership accountable for project commitments, and improving collaboration across departments.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and resource limitations while proactively formulating solutions to uphold project schedules and business objectives.

• Strategically plan and optimize team capacity by allocating resources efficiently, providing project guidance, and ensuring project teams meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Monitor operational performance and internal client requests, suggesting process improvements and efficiency enhancements that facilitate successful project delivery and ongoing organizational improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or a comparable project management certification is preferred.

• A combination of education, professional certifications, and progressively responsible project management experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree where applicable.
