Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize and implement pharmaceutical marketing initiatives across various cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth progression from project kickoff to delivery.

• Develop and manage project timelines, monitoring milestones, dependencies, and potential risks before they escalate into issues.

• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams in creative, account management, strategy, and analytics; you serve as the vital link.

• Conduct status meetings, project kickoffs, and checkpoints that are concise, effective, and respectful of everyone's time.

• Keep project documentation, status reports, and workflow trackers maintained with meticulous attention to detail.

• Oversee budget expenditures and promptly identify any shifts in project scope, addressing concerns before they require discussions.

• Ensure projects adhere to established workflows and escalate matters when risks of derailment arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or coordination within a pharmaceutical or healthcare independent agency environment.

• Practical knowledge of Ziflow and Slack; adeptness at quickly learning new tools.

• Strong organizational instincts to notice details that others may overlook without prompting.

• A communication style that promotes team alignment, being direct, clear, and concise without unnecessary noise.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach: you not only identify problems but also come prepared with alternatives.

• A strong drive for execution; you thrive in daily operations rather than a high-level overview.
