Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive Oracle Fusion implementation project from start to finish.

• Develop and sustain the project plan, timeline, and allocation of resources.

• Lead the management of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and escalate issues as necessary.

• Facilitate coordination between onshore and offshore teams across various locations.

• Manage activities related to CRP, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live, and HyperCare.

• Conduct project status meetings and deliver consistent updates to stakeholders.

• Supervise change requests, cutover planning, and deployment into production.

• Ensure that project milestones are met on schedule and within the defined scope.

• Collaborate with Oracle Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing teams to handle cross-functional dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Project Management.

• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in managing Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM implementation projects.

• Proven experience in leading global onshore/offshore delivery teams.

• Familiarity with the complete Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
