Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct multiple technical projects from start to finish.

• Create comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.

• Track project advancement, recognize risks, and execute mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that all project documentation is thorough, precise, and current.

• Manage the technical components related to networking, on-premises infrastructure, and cloud solutions.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the project.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships while addressing any concerns swiftly.

• Deliver exceptional project results that surpass client expectations.

• Lead and guide project teams, promoting collaboration and ongoing enhancement.

• Provide team members with support, resources, and training.

• Foster team engagement and maintain high morale.

• Formulate and implement project strategies that align with organizational objectives and client requirements.

• Evaluate project performance and industry trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

• Ensure project strategies are in harmony with company growth targets and client satisfaction objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of MSP market dynamics, project management methodologies, and emerging trends.

• Outstanding ability to formulate long-term project strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Documented experience in leading, mentoring, and developing project teams.

• Strong proficiency in data analytics for project strategy formulation and enhancement.

• Capability to foster innovation in project management processes and offerings.

• Experience with various project management tools and methodologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software.

• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, preferably ITIL.

• 5+ years of practical IT or MSP-related experience.

• 2+ years of direct project management experience.

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, PMP, or other technical certifications and experience are highly preferred.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, O365, virtualization, and other technologies is a significant advantage.

• Experience with M&A integrations is an added bonus.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Some travel to client offices, industry events, and company locations may be necessary.
