Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct various technical projects from their inception through to completion.

• Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and allocate resources effectively.

• Track project advancement, recognize potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.

• Ensure that all project documentation is thorough, precise, and up-to-date.

• Utilize technical expertise in networking, on-premise infrastructure, and cloud infrastructure.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships, addressing any concerns swiftly.

• Achieve high-quality project results that surpass client expectations.

• Guide and mentor project teams.

• Offer guidance, resources, and training to team members.

• Foster engagement and morale within the team.

• Develop and implement project strategies that align with organizational objectives and client needs.

• Assess project performance and market trends to inform strategy and foster continuous improvement.

• Ensure project strategies are in harmony with company growth aims and client satisfaction targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of MSP market trends, project management methodologies, and emerging developments.

• Capability to formulate long-term project strategies that align with organizational objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and developing project teams.

• Strong analytical skills in data for making informed project strategy and improvement choices.

• Capacity to foster innovation in project management processes and offerings.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, preferably ITIL.

• 5+ years of practical IT or MSP-related experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on project management experience.

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, PMP, or relevant technical certifications and experience are highly preferred.

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, O365, virtualization, and other related technologies is a significant advantage.

• Experience with M&A integrations is an added bonus.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

• Occasional travel to client offices, industry events, and company locations may be required.
