Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects in the capacity of a Project Manager

• Collect, document, and assess business requirements

• Lead projects utilizing the Scrum methodology

• Adapt to frequent changes in priorities and project direction

• Manage Jira with a hands-on approach

• Work with extensive datasets and performance metrics

• Integrate AI into daily project operations

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams

• Operate independently with little supervision

• Occasionally travel for business to Germany or Portugal

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT projects

• Experience in a startup environment is a significant advantage

• Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements

• Strong proficiency in Scrum methodology

• Experience in managing projects with frequent changes in priorities and directions

• Familiarity with project management tools

• Practical experience with Jira administration

• Excellent analytical skills and comfort in handling large datasets and metrics

• Proficient in English at a C1+ level

• Willingness to travel for business a few times each year to Germany or Portugal

• Daily hands-on experience with AI is essential

• A growth-oriented mindset with a readiness for feedback, change, and new technologies

• Ability to take ownership and work independently with minimal oversight

• Practical and scalable problem-solving abilities with a cross-functional approach

• Resilience in a fast-paced startup setting

• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams
