This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Project and Resource Managers to monitor, project, and report team hours, project expenses, and costs.
• Oversee project financials and proactively spot and escalate any issues related to invoicing, forecasting, or budgeting.
• Assist in the daily management and execution of designated projects, including scope, change control, risks, issues, action items, and key decisions.
• Conduct research, gather, and analyze project data to monitor key performance and financial metrics.
• Generate regular reports on project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and other management needs.
• Identify trends and insights from project data and suggest opportunities for process enhancements and improved project performance.
• Organize project and team meetings, documenting and communicating actions, decisions, risks, and follow-up items.
• Create presentations that convey project status, financial performance, risks, and outcomes for stakeholders.
• Assist Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Project Administrators with project-related documentation.
• Support the creation of project concept documents, process flows, project schedules, and other project management artifacts.
• Ensure accurate and timely project information is maintained across collaboration and project management tools.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, project support, project coordination, project administration, or a comparable analytical role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, technology projects, and the project delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to interpret project and financial data and convey meaningful insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to create and maintain process flow documentation.
• Basic experience in developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project activities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across project, resource management, business, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Teams, and SharePoint is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible professional experience.
• Willingness to participate in internal and external meetings via video calls, as needed.
