EdTech Projektmanager, Product Launcher Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee product timelines and ensure progress is on schedule by tracking key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Coordinate regular product status updates among internal teams.

• Assist in initiatives that align with educational objectives and the development and launch of learning products.

• Establish and maintain a network of external content creators and subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Actively identify potential risks and escalate them as necessary to ensure projects remain on course.

• Develop AI agents for research purposes and conduct analytics.

• Keep product documentation organized and contribute to the creation and upkeep of best practices.

• Report directly to the Head of Learning Products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, Business, Product/Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Technical knowledge or background, as the nature of the learning products and courses is technical.

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in EdTech or a content-focused setting.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Familiarity with product/project management and collaboration tools.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English.

• Knowledge of digital learning content.

• A passion for the EdTech sector is advantageous.
