This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Oversee the execution of implementation projects for mainly large-scale and intricate strategic customer initiatives.
• Assist client stakeholders at various organizational levels and organize implementation tasks.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
• Cultivate knowledge of RapidDeploy products to facilitate deployment, training, and onboarding processes.
• Tailor RapidDeploy products to meet customer specifications.
• Participate in onboarding, training, acceptance testing, and change management activities.
• Produce internal and external documentation and presentations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback and feature requests.
• Aid in RFP responses, SOW development, and other sales endeavors.
• Support the vision and mission of RapidDeploy.
• Travel across the West region, approximately 20%, for project sites, client meetings, and company events.
• A minimum of 5 years in Project and/or Program Management leading complex, strategic technology projects in a client-facing capacity.
• Basic requirement of at least 3 years in Project and/or Program Management.
• Practical experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementations within a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Proficiency in leading cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, QA, customer success, and other internal teams.
• Experience in creating and managing project schedules with intricate dependencies.
• Skilled in analyzing customer requirements and workflows, and in configuring software applications accordingly.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficient in utilizing modern Project Management tools.
• Experience managing Enterprise SaaS deployments is preferred.
• Background in serving the Public Safety sector, particularly in software deployment projects for PSAPs, is preferred.
• Understanding of Public Safety technologies, market dynamics, and industry stakeholders is preferred.
• Experience in configuring and deploying public safety software is preferred.
• Willingness to travel throughout the West region, approximately 20%.
