Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of, create, oversee, implement, and continuously evaluate project plans utilizing automated project management tools and processes

• Develop, sustain, and convey detailed project launch plans

• Monitor deliverables, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies across various teams

• Proactively identify potential issues, explore contingency strategies, and manage escalations

• Guide successful solution implementation and ensure a professional transition to Support and Success teams

• Act as the primary project liaison for customers, channel partners, subcontractors, and internal personnel

• Deliver regular, clear, and concise status updates

• Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings with customers

• Propel decision-making processes and ensure project goals, milestones, and deadlines are met

• Navigate organizational complexities, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively to secure project success

• Comprehend and articulate the business and financial impacts of project decisions and outcomes

• Collaborate with provisioning and product teams to improve tools, processes, and methodologies

• Evaluate program data, assess project risks, propose data-driven solutions, and develop action plans

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience with SaaS solutions

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

• Employer work permit sponsorship is not provided

• Proven experience in leading agile projects within a complex organizational structure

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities

• Capability to communicate overarching strategies and foster cross-departmental trust

• Proficiency in creating project documentation

• Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems

• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is highly advantageous

• Understanding of local public safety clients, including police, fire, and EMS, is a significant plus

• PMP, PMP-ACP, or equivalent agile certifications are strongly preferred

• Experience with Monday.com, Salesforce, or Zendesk is beneficial

• Less than 10% travel required
