Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• The Project Manager (PM) is tasked with overseeing the execution of Communication System Projects and will serve as the recognized leader and primary contact for all facets of the assigned project(s).

• Accountable for delivering the defined contractual scope on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Must effectively employ PM tools (such as scheduling, critical path analysis, budget management, change orders, risk assessment, and action item logs) to assess complex issues and devise solutions for any challenges associated with assigned project(s).

• The PM is responsible for allocating all essential resources to achieve project objectives, corporate financial targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• The project manager will maintain direct communication with the customer's organization and relevant senior stakeholders internally through project reviews conducted throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Additionally, the project manager is accountable for the overall pre-tax profit of all projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role OR 5-7 years of experience in a Project Management position.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory.

• Experience with at least one of the following areas: Public Safety communications systems, Cellular infrastructure, Military communications, Civil construction, or IT Networks.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

• PMP certification is preferred; Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and/or a PM Masters Certificate is advantageous.

• Familiarity with two-way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products, services, and systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of local public safety clients, such as police, fire, and emergency medical services, is a plus.
