This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee projects to ensure compliance with contractual timeframes, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to ascertain their needs, engage in project planning, assessment, and provide comprehensive customer support.
• Accountable for resource scheduling and management, along with task delegation.
• Create and implement a thorough onboarding strategy for customers.
• Establish and adhere to crucial onboarding timelines with clients.
• Work on the installation of telecommunications systems, primarily for businesses in the SMB sector.
• Update and sustain the internal customer database with all pertinent information regarding customer orders for onboarding coordination and billing purposes.
• Collaborate with clients to collect necessary information, facilitate porting from their existing carriers, and devise secondary port solutions.
• Design and implement call flow structures to align with customer specifications.
• Ensure the completion of call-flow programming and quality assurance prior to the customer going live.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Mitel’s offerings, services, and business impact points to effectively communicate both within Mitel and with clients.
• Provide guidance to both internal and external customers on utilizing Mitel services and features.
• Conduct a post-deployment review meeting with the customer to confirm that the deployment has fulfilled all expectations.
• Ensure that custom solutions are documented for the Mitel Customer Success Team and Support teams, and be prepared to take accountability for the customer following successful implementation.
• Serve as a resource for team members engaged in other projects who may require additional support.
• Adhere to project management protocols and procedures to achieve both individual and team-wide Net Promoter Score goals.
• Background in telecommunications and call-flow management.
• Experience in porting telephone numbers.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing; familiarity with Windows-based software and Excel is essential.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project is preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
