Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of project initiation, planning, execution, and closure for 3–6+ simultaneous Google Workspace migrations and technical projects.

• Act as the main operational contact for client stakeholders, IT directors, and executive sponsors.

• Convert technical concepts into straightforward business updates.

• Oversee the coordination of Google Certified Deployment Engineers, Change Management Trainers, and Solution Architects.

• Manage resource scheduling, task assignments, and deliverable tracking.

• Identify project risks, technical dependencies, and possible bottlenecks.

• Lead formal change control processes to address scope creep and manage project timelines.

• Organize user training and change management strategies to enhance end-user adoption during legacy email/data migrations.

• Ensure that project deliverables adhere to Google Cloud deployment standards, security baselines, and established client SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of technical project management experience in delivering cloud migrations, SaaS onboarding, or IT deployment projects within a consulting or Managed Services Provider setting.

• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace administration, domain migration paths, and Google Cloud Platform fundamentals.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven track record of achieving high client satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

• Proficient in project management software such as Asana.

• Competent in using Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.

• Preferred: Google Associate Cloud Engineer or Google Workspace Administrator / Deployment Specialist certification.

• Preferred: PMP or CAPM certification.

• Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster or Agile certification.

• Annual base salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000.

• Variable compensation may be applicable (not included in the stated base salary).
