This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement review plans that adhere to Lighthouse standards as well as project-specific requirements.
• Suggest and promote best practices for reviews.
• Engage in communication with counsel, clients, internal stakeholders, and staffing partners regarding the substance and progress of reviews.
• Provide daily status updates on projects.
• Assist in formulating matter-specific review project plans, workflow strategies, and technological applications.
• Establish measures for quality control in reviews.
• Oversee document review teams to ensure compliance with the Lighthouse playbook, throughput objectives, and quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with AI specialists and data project managers across various Lighthouse teams.
• Implement efficiency drivers in technology for redaction applications and privilege logging.
• Offer client- and case-specific subject matter expertise.
• Take part in process improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be an attorney, actively licensed and in good standing in any US jurisdiction.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a document review manager with a review provider or law firm.
• Capability to lead and inspire diverse teams of contractor attorneys while achieving accuracy targets, project deadlines, and budgetary limits.
• Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and dedication to client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and its objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Keen attention to detail and a general aptitude for technology.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficient as an end user in Relativity or a similar platform.
• Experience in establishing quality control measures tailored to specific matters and managing reviews across diverse discovery cases.
• Willingness to work outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, and be available on call periodically.
