This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a dedicated full-time resource for extensive cross-site evaluation initiatives
• Guarantee the effective implementation of data gathering, analysis, and reporting across various evaluation elements
• Supervise and direct significant and intricate evaluation projects within the organization
• Manage project portfolios, outline project strategies, and lead project teams
• Ensure the quality of projects and manage associated risks
• Create and uphold detailed project work plans, timelines, and evaluation strategies
• Coordinate all project activities throughout the base and option periods
• Maintain responsibility for enforcing Firm-Fixed-Price budgets and adhering to schedules
• Oversee project scope, deliverables, and budget compliance
• Facilitate bi-weekly coordination meetings with government personnel and evaluation coordinators
• Build relationships with funded health departments and partner organizations
• Monitor project performance on a daily basis and implement necessary corrective measures
• Ensure adherence to IRB protocols and informed consent processes
• Supervise human-based transcription and data cleaning activities
• Master of Science degree with 8 years of experience or Bachelor of Science degree with 10 years of experience in public health, social sciences, evaluation, or project management
• Minimum of 5 years managing large-scale evaluation projects with budgets exceeding $1M
• Proven experience with federal contracts
• Background in managing cross-site evaluations or multi-jurisdictional initiatives
• Demonstrated success in managing projects of similar scope and complexity
• Experience in overseeing full-time, multi-year contracts with consistent deliverables
• Expert understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques
• Familiarity with public health program evaluation frameworks
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Knowledge of 508 compliance requirements
• Understanding of federal cooperative agreement frameworks
• Experience with OMB/PRA clearance processes for data collection
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
