This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Accountable for the secure execution of a range of simultaneous projects across various locations.

• Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with JLL and client standards regarding health, safety, quality, cost, and timelines.

• Provide leadership in health and safety to site delivery teams and advocate for improvements in behavioral safety.

• Manage projects in alignment with the NEC3 Framework Contract requirements.

• Take an active role in the development and risk management of quotations and estimates.

• Foster and maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships to uphold and enhance the company's reputation at the project level.

• Guarantee a high standard of service delivery and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are completed without any snagging or defects.

• City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications related to construction.

• SSSTS / SMSTS JIB / BESA CSCS Card and First Aid certification.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Practical experience in the building, construction, or building services industries.

• Proven experience managing health and safety across multiple sites.

• Experience working in occupied buildings and campuses.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages.

• Understanding of programming techniques and the ability to create schedules.

• Familiarity with Asta, Microsoft Projects, or Primavera programming software.

• Experience using Fieldview or similar tablet-based quality assurance applications.

• Leadership in health and safety initiatives.
