This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more states.
• Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
• Direct cross-functional project teams and synchronize efforts to achieve project goals.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and execute mitigation strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Compile and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics.
• Promote effective project governance and adherence to established processes, quality standards, and milestones.
• Oversee project scope, manage change requests, and prioritize tasks while balancing client and business goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance.
• A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership.
• A proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion within defined scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, or life sciences sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting General Medicine therapeutic-area projects is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in one or more General Medicine indications such as Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Renal, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Metabolic Disorders, Endocrinology, or Internal Medicine is encouraged.
