Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Ensure successful pilot execution by being the internal lead. Collaborate with all internal stakeholders, including technical, sales, and operations teams to achieve objectives on schedule and within budget.

• Drive the success of our pilots: Act as the primary contact and escalation point for external corporate clients, providing frequent progress updates, addressing concerns, establishing timelines, and managing realistic expectations and deliverables.

• Represent our company: Facilitate all internal and external meetings, acting as the face of Hi Auto to our external corporate clients.

• Foster Continuous Improvement: Engage in process enhancement initiatives, offering insights and recommendations to refine project management practices within the organization. Identify opportunities for organizational learning to support ongoing improvements.

• Oversee a remote team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a remote customer success team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and outstanding customer focus.

• Cultivate relationships: Develop enduring professional relationships with customers to create a trusted environment conducive to successful project execution and business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at a native level, both in writing and speaking.

• Prior experience working with startups serving American clients.

• Over 2 years of experience in Project Management or Customer Success within the SAAS industry.

• At least two years of experience in working with and/or managing remote teams.

• Possess a proactive attitude with a strong, independent personality; able to take initiative without needing direction.

• Quick learner: Capable of independently understanding and working with our technology and product.

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Serve as the voice of the customer, recognizing and advocating for improvement opportunities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.

• Willingness to travel for work, both within the US and internationally.
