This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create comprehensive project plans that outline resource allocation, timelines, and milestones aligned with client goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgets and track financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide direction and support.
• Identify potential project risks, develop strategies for mitigation, and address issues as they arise.
• Ensure quality assurance compliance across project teams and within specified project phases.
• Secure stakeholder approval at designated project stage gates.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings to initiate project activities.
• Manage client communication and set expectations during HRIS implementations.
• Convert client requirements into actionable project plans in collaboration with technical teams.
• Collaborate with software vendor project managers and technical personnel during implementation processes.
• Track project progress and make necessary adjustments to resources and timelines.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and generate reports for clients and leadership.
• Oversee change management processes and handle scope, budget, and timeline adjustments.
• Coordinate resource scheduling and collaborate with other departments on staffing needs.
• Lead client review sessions, internal meetings, and sessions to reflect on lessons learned post-project.
• Work with sales and technical teams to ensure that project requirements are fulfilled.
• Conduct evaluations after project completion to identify areas for improvement.
• Address client project inquiries and manage escalations effectively.
• Foster stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, particularly in HR and IT domains.
• Over 5 years of project management experience in professional services, consulting, or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, including Paycor, Paylocity, ADP, Workday, UKG, Kronos, or SuccessFactors.
• In-depth understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying degrees of complexity.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Office, Asana, or Monday.com.
• PMP certification or its equivalent is highly preferred.
