This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery lifecycle for assigned client events, beginning from post-sale handover and kickoff, through to go-live and onsite delivery when necessary, followed by post-event closure.
• Develop and sustain project plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and client-facing status updates.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for clients throughout the implementation process.
• Provide guidance to clients on the configuration of the Grip platform, event setup, data preparedness, attendee engagement, matchmaking, content, and activation strategies.
• Facilitate client project meetings, document decisions and actions, manage follow-ups, and communicate progress effectively.
• Oversee the scope in relation to the Statement of Work and record change requests.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions/Integrations, Product, Support, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Partner with technical and integration teams on event data, imports, integrations, testing, and platform configuration.
• Lead the risk management process, escalate issues, and drive towards practical resolutions.
• Perform quality checks and readiness reviews prior to launch.
• Monitor project time, delivery efforts, and project metrics.
• Document project insights and enhance delivery processes, templates, standards, and scalable operational methods.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, implementation, event operations, customer delivery, or client services.
• Preferably experienced in implementing or supporting event technology, SaaS platforms, registration systems, event applications, networking solutions, or similar digital-event products.
• Capability to manage multiple client projects at the same time in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication abilities, including leading meetings, addressing unclear requirements, setting expectations, and navigating challenging conversations in a constructive manner.
• Proficient in working with event data, registration platform configuration, native integrations, imports, testing, and technical teams.
• Experience with ETL processes, APIs, CRM systems, or third-party integrations is highly advantageous.
• Residency in Florida, Colorado, Georgia, or Tennessee is required.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to client events several times per quarter across North America and internationally.
