This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the project management and implementation process for GEHC Invasive products.
• Review and assess sales orders.
• Plan and document project details.
• Coordinate resources and address any issues that arise.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency throughout the project installation phase.
• Serve as the main point of contact between GE and customer project teams, offering onsite support from Service & Sales.
• Identify responsibilities and deliverables for both GE and customers as outlined in the sales contract.
• Develop, maintain, and circulate formal project implementation timelines in collaboration with customers, GE, and contract resources.
• Generate clear and predictable project data for crucial business metrics and revenue forecasting.
• Monitor and communicate the progress of implementation from project kick-off through to regular status updates and project closure.
• Lead the implementation team during the clinical equipment GoLive phase.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of project management experience, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, or a minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in driving projects within a cross-functional environment.
• Capability to manage multiple high-volume projects and navigate competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse internal and external partners and customers.
• Ability to work efficiently from a remote home office.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays as necessary.
• Experience in construction, healthcare IT, or equipment installations.
• Proven remote customer service experience in a clinical setting.
• Competence in providing constructive feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with GEHC products.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
