Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist Gainwell in crafting innovative, purpose-driven technologies and solutions.

• Lead small project management teams in overseeing components of a larger technological initiative.

• Supervise functional individual contributors within a project team by assigning tasks and guiding them to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Oversee project schedules and scope, aid in formulating the project budget, ensure deliverable quality, and assist in project staffing.

• Identify and address risks through status reports and project updates to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

• Manage expectations of clients, the company, and the project team regarding performance by measuring and communicating project metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs, or initiatives.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

• Understanding of budget development, control, assurance methods, and project management software.

• Capacity to translate broader program objectives into clear, attainable project milestones.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A persuasive individual who can effectively communicate project priorities and inspire functional team members to take action.

• An adept multitasker capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
