Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Transform ambiguous or incomplete business inquiries into well-defined requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and delivery strategies.

• Take ownership of backlog refinement and prioritization based on business value, urgency, risk, dependencies, and engineering effort.

• Plan and manage sprints and releases while overseeing scope, blockers, risks, dependencies, and evolving requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, address product and technical trade-offs, make informed decisions, and maintain documentation of key changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven software Project Management experience complemented by hands-on Product Management or Business Analysis skills.

• Familiarity with requirements discovery, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlogs, sprints, dependencies, and releases.

• Capability to convert vague business concepts into clear requirements, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and actionable plans.

• Proficient in using Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, FigJam, Whimsical, or similar design tools.

• Comfortable engaging directly with CTOs and engineers, discussing technical limitations, challenging assumptions, and making product decisions in a dynamic, early-stage environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Fluency in Russian is required.

• Consistent employment history, generally 2–3+ years at each company, or valid reasons for shorter tenures.

• Experience in the fintech sector is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in payments, banking, B2B SaaS, financial operations, or other regulated industries.

• Availability to work during EST hours.
