This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Overseeing the daily execution of consulting projects across various client engagements.

• Organizing project schedules, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Assisting client stakeholders through consistent communication, reporting, and resolving issues.

• Managing specific workstreams associated with operational enhancement, risk management, or transformation efforts.

• Facilitating workshops, interviews, site visits, and assessments as needed.

• Aiding in the creation of presentations, reports, and implementation strategies.

• Ensuring that delivery meets quality standards, consistency, and alignment with dss+ methodologies.

• Contributing to the growth of junior consultants through mentorship and guidance.

• Proven experience in consulting, project management, operations, or a similar area.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting or managing project delivery and defined workstreams.

• Preferred exposure to transformation, operational improvement, or change initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
