This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Successfully oversee the complete delivery process of multiple simultaneous eDiscovery projects, managing all stages from initiation and planning to execution, review, and final delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and meet quality and compliance standards.
• Function as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, offering informed guidance that supports strategic decision-making and enhances long-term relationships.
• Utilize strong technical and procedural expertise in eDiscovery alongside effective project management practices to achieve efficient, defensible, and client-centered outcomes.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive communication with KLDiscovery clients, making certain that project status is clear at all levels of the client organization.
• Provide clear work directions to all internal KLDiscovery personnel involved in executing the project.
• Act as a bridge between KLDiscovery staff and clients to facilitate successful project completion.
• Organize project meetings and internal communications among KLDiscovery personnel to guarantee projects are executed correctly and punctually.
• Implement all necessary processes and procedures to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and client project invoicing.
• Collaborate with sales to plan projects and ensure they are scoped in a cost-effective manner.
• Deliver project-specific reporting as required by clients and internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with relevant client representatives.
• Thrive under pressure while working with a small, diverse, and dedicated team of professionals.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in eDiscovery project management within a fast-paced, client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead multiple simultaneous eDiscovery projects from initial win to completion in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to build long-term trust with clients through excellence in delivery and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Profound understanding of the stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model.
• Strong grasp of data management, analytics, processing, and hosting as they relate to eDiscovery project management and best practices.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, including FRCP, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks.
• Practical experience with eDiscovery tools and platforms.
• Effectively collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, fostering open communication and solution-oriented conflict resolution.
• Exhibits strong autonomy; identifies and proposes solutions; possesses confident decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Technical aptitude and financial understanding.
• A university degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification is advantageous.
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends as needed.
• Some regional travel may be required based on business needs.
