Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery of global IT and digital initiatives, ensuring that results align with scope, quality, budget, and timelines.

• Create and sustain integrated project plans, value propositions, and delivery roadmaps.

• Track progress through industry best practices while proactively addressing risks, dependencies, and challenges.

• Keep precise project documentation, including RAID logs, financial records, and reports.

• Serve as the main contact for project sponsors, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

• Foster alignment among business and technical stakeholders, guaranteeing clarity in objectives and expectations.

• Lead project meetings, steering committees, and communication routines.

• Promote a positive, collaborative team culture across global workstreams.

• Oversee project budgets, including actual expenditures, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Assist in resource planning and capability development in alignment with Convatec’s strategic objectives.

• Offer clear justifications for investment choices and anticipated business benefits.

• Advocate for consistent operational methods across teams and regions.

• Perform mid-year and post-implementation evaluations to measure performance and integrate insights.

• Contribute to the advancement of project delivery frameworks, tools, and governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred)

• PMI/PMP or equivalent certification

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management with a demonstrated success in delivering global projects

• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; knowledge of Scrum is a plus

• Experience in complex global organizations

• Customer-centric mindset with robust business acumen

• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical audiences

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment
