This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Create and sustain project plans, schedules, budgets, and strategies for resource allocation.
• Enhance communication among internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks and issues, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Administer project budgets, forecasts, and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate change management efforts and uphold project documentation and reporting.
• Provide consistent status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct project meetings and eliminate obstacles to project success.
• Perform post-project assessments and pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or comparable tools.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certification is preferred.
• Background in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Experience in presenting project updates to senior leadership is preferred.
