This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Design and implement workflows for programs utilizing Asana.
• Identify chances to incorporate automation and AI tools to minimize manual efforts and enhance team productivity.
• Maintain playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for programs.
• Ensure that documentation remains accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Take ownership of the program reporting cycle and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage data integrity and generate regular status reports that provide actionable insights on program health.
• Coordinate communications with participants, system setup, and follow-through processes.
• Act as a supportive contact for program applicants.
• Monitor program performance to detect and address bottlenecks.
• Refine processes and propose scalable operational solutions.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to design, implement, and optimize workflows for Americas people programs.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program coordination.
• Proficient experience with project management software, particularly Asana.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows.
• Capability to utilize AI tools to boost efficiency and lessen manual tasks.
• Ability to document processes and keep SOPs current.
• Skillful in managing complex schedules with meticulous attention to detail.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude towards learning new tools, systems, and methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in providing clear, tactical, and supportive communication to program applicants.
• Strong aptitude for tracking, organizing, and reporting on KPIs and metrics.
• PMP or comparable certification is preferred.
• Experience with advanced automation platforms like Power Automate is preferred.
• Familiarity with collaborative database tools such as Airtable is preferred.
• Experience in building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment is preferred.
• Passion for people development programs is preferred.
