Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize, schedule, document, and oversee activities during cloud and AI consulting projects as a billable project manager.

• Engage in consulting discussions to grasp challenges, technical requirements, and client needs.

• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring that deliverables, resource needs, internal objectives, client priorities, and milestones are validated.

• Track project development and furnish status updates regarding budgets, timelines, risks, assumptions, scope modifications, issues, and dependencies to clients and team members.

• Manage and analyze project finances by ensuring funding is secured and documented, while also generating cost estimates aligned with resource needs.

• Foster communication and manage relationships with all personnel involved to offer support, identify issues, devise solutions, and enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting, including direct engagement and management with clients.

• Background in overseeing project budgets, including managing change orders.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, specifically in Project Delivery or Customer Success.

• At least 1 year of experience in Enterprise Project Delivery.

• Capability to manage cloud consulting and AI projects effectively.

• Experience in overseeing third-party partners during consulting engagements.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM and Kanban.

• Understanding of ITIL practices, including Change Management, Problem Management, and Risk Mitigation.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner and AWS AI Practitioner certifications must be obtained within 60 days of employment.

• Preferred: active CAPM, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification.

• Preferred: experience in enterprise project delivery.
