Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and post-launch support.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, milestones, and progress reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

• Monitor risks, dependencies, and deliverables to guarantee timely completion.

• Facilitate executive communications and project governance.

• Assist with modernization and migration projects in a fast-paced setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology, transformation, or migration initiatives.

• Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Teams.

• Proficiency in English.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous, but candidates from all sectors are encouraged to apply.

• Must possess valid local legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based at the time of hire.

• No concurrent employment, professional activities, or compensated work for other organizations during the employment period.

• Must disclose and undergo formal review regarding ownership, partnerships, directorships, or involvement in other businesses or companies.
